Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor merkstrategie en campagnes van Eurojackpot en hebt als doel om het merk Eurojackpot nog harder te laten groeien. Daarmee draag jij direct bij aan een gelukkig, gezond en sportief Nederland.
Wat onze teams succesvol maakt? Dat is de juiste teamopstelling én onze data-driven mentaliteit. Om de juiste beslissingen te nemen, heb je inzicht in actuele informatie nodig. Daarom is data verweven in alle teams binnen Nederlandse Loterij. Zo gaan wij samen voor de winst.
Jij scoort als Campaign Manager doordat je:
- Verantwoordelijk bent voor het ontwikkelen en uitrollen van de marketing- en communicatiejaarstrategie van jouw spelmerk met als doel groei in merkbekendheid, merkvoorkeur en omzet.
- Marktdata en merk KPI's monitort, deze door vertaalt naar concrete acties, proposities, campagnes en briefings aan bureaus.
- De drijvende kracht bent achter campagnes. Je zorgt er persoonlijk voor dat deze van briefing tot evaluatie perfect uitgevoerd worden en dat alle specialisten in je campagneteam excelleren.
- Beheren van de mediakalender van het spelmerk en actief samenwerken met reclame- en mediabureaus om het maximale effect uit de media-investeringen te halen.
Zoals je ziet: het is in deze rol belangrijk dat je resultaatgericht, data-driven en innovatief bent.
De verschillende mensen die hier werken zijn graag in beweging, ontwikkelen zichzelf op persoonlijk en/of vakinhoudelijk vlak en gaan voor de winst. Dat maakt iedereen binnen Nederlandse Loterij tot een toptalent. Jouw talent is een optelsom van:
- Een bachelor of master-diploma.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen het marketing/campagnemanagement domein bij een grote adverteerder.
- Bewezen succes in het managen van complexe campagnes en projecten.
- Ervaring met agile werken.
Daarnaast is het van belang dat je strategisch inzicht hebt en dat je planmatig te werk gaat. Je beschikt over uitstekende teamplayer vaardigheden en bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement. Je toont ondernemerschap en bent in staat om met vernieuwende, innovatieve ideeën te komen.
Als Campaign Manager bieden wij jou:
- Een salaris dat ligt tussen €4.600,- en €6.600- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
- Een functie voor 32 - 40 uur per week.
- Een interessante bonusregeling.
- Voor € 3,25 geniet je van een gezonde en gevarieerde lunch in ons bedrijfsrestaurant.
