Wat ga je doen?
- Bieden van klantenservice via telefoon en e-mail voor vragen over het iQOS-apparaat en de bijbehorende website.
- Beantwoorden van vragen over het gebruik, onderhoud en eventuele problemen met iQOS.
- Ondersteuning bieden bij problemen met zowel het apparaat als de iQOS-website.
- Klanten voorzien van duidelijke informatie en oplossingen voor hun vragen over iQOS.
Wie zoeken wij?
- Taal: Vloeiende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en goede beheersing van het Engels (B2-niveau).
- Vaardigheden: Uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, empathisch en teamgericht.
- Flexibiliteit: Flexibel, veerkrachtig en snel lerend.
- Ervaring: Ervaring in telefonische klantenservice of een callcenteromgeving is een pluspunt.
