In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van projectdoelen op het gebied van kosten, planning en uitvoering. Je leidt multidisciplinaire teams bestaande uit (systeem)architecten, hardware- en software-engineers, testexperts en andere specialisten, die gezamenlijk werken aan de ontwikkeling van grensverleggende radarsystemen en -producten. Je teams werken nauw samen met zowel interne afdelingen als externe partners, vaak in een internationale context, om onze producten te realiseren. Als Technisch Projectmanager vertaal je klantwensen naar een doelgericht ontwikkelmanagementplan, dat als leidraad dient voor het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden. Samen met de Front-End Architect, die technisch verantwoordelijk is, organiseer je het project en bewaak je de voortgang binnen de gestelde tijd en budget. Sluit je aan bij ons team en speel een cruciale rol in het realiseren van baanbrekende projecten op het gebied van radar- en technologische ontwikkeling. Elk moment van jou vinden wij bijzonder. Waar je techniek op de kaart zet. Zodat je blijft groeien op technisch en professioneel vlak. 3 trainingen per jaar bij de Voort Academy om aan je ontwikkeling te werken
~ Een masterdiploma in de richting van elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar.
Project Management ervaring binnen een Engineering Company (high tech), bij voorkeur gecertificeerd in IPMA, PMI of vergelijkbaar.
Uitstekende projectmanagementvaardigheden, scope, stakeholder-, resource- en risicobeheer en kunnen werken in multidisciplinaire teams.
Goede communicatie vaardigheden, je spreekt Engels, Duits en Frans is een pré.
