Wat doet een Business Unit Directorbij Klimaatroute?

Als Business Unit Director bij Klimaatroute ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van commerciële, strategische en operationele doelen voor de business unit Duurzaam Ondernemen. In deze rol geef je leiding aan het managementteam, bepaal je de strategische koers, realiseer je commerciële groei en onderhoud je sterke relaties met opdrachtgevers en externe stakeholders, waarbij je rapporteert aan de directie.Met jouw visie versnel je de energietransitie in Nederland terwijl je gedreven bent om gezamenlijk met collega's bij te dragen aan ons gemeenschappelijke doel: in 2040 heel Nederland 0 op de meter

  • Strategische visie: het bepalen van de strategische koers en positionering van de Business Unit, waarbij je heldere definities maakt van de diensten en activiteiten;
  • Planningsmeester: opstellen van gedegen strategische plannen bij aanvang van nieuwe projecten en zorgen voor draagvlak binnen het team voor een succesvolle uitvoering;
  • Commerciële groei realiseren: verantwoordelijk zijn voor het vergroten van de werkvoorraad door inschrijving op tenders en het aangaan van waardevolle partnerships met commerciële relaties;
  • Commercieel beheer: overzien van het volledige commerciële proces, inclusief het opstellen en waarborgen van projectplanningen, en aansturen van projectmanagers en externe ondersteunende partijen;
  • Marktinzicht behouden: actief op de hoogte blijven van marktontwikkelingen, deelnemen aan netwerkbijeenkomsten en marktconsultaties, en identificeren van nieuwe kansen voor de Business Unit en de organisatie;
  • Capaciteitsafstemming: afstemmen van de commerciële werkvoorraad met de capaciteit van de Head of Operations om optimale efficiëntie te bereiken.
  • Rapportage en samenwerking: rapporteren van de voortgang aan externe partijen en opdrachtgevers, opstellen van professionele rapportages en commerciële aanbevelingen met hoge kwaliteitsstandaard.
  • Strategische samenwerking: onderhouden van nauwe samenwerking met de directie en andere Business Unit Directors, bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van overkoepelende strategie en stimuleren van synergiën tussen verschillende Business Units.

  • Strategische en leidinggevende vaardigheden;
  • Ervaring binnen eenleidinggevende positie, waarbij je gedegen besluiten durft te nemen;
  • Bewustzijn van je eigen communicatiestijl en past deze flexibel aan om effectief met diverse belanghebbenden samen te werken;
  • Analytisch denkvermogen om complexe situaties te tackelen en strategische doelen te bereiken;
  • Het vermogen om relaties op directie- en managementniveauop tebouwen, teonderhouden en te versterken, evenals met externe partners.
  • Een salaris van €4.800 tot €5.800 per maand, passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring;
  • De kans om je salaris te verhogen met aantrekkelijke bonussen;
  • Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals: reiskostenvergoeding, flexibel vakantiegeld (8%), 25 vakantiedagen en een pensioenregeling via Zwitserleven;
