We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, outgoing, and proactive Client Director to help us raise the bar for the client experience at Your Majesty.
Client Management at Your Majesty
Our Client Services discipline exists to deepen our client relationships by offering unmatched service, being trusted advisors, identifying opportunities for new value creation, and ensuring that our journey together is as pleasant as the final outcomes when working with Your Majesty.
Our Client Director leads the discipline, orchestrating and improving the 'Royal Experience'.
When we have new prospects, the Client Director leads the process from the proposal stage all the way through the client onboarding process. Once the first project is underway, the Client Director nurtures the relationship by establishing a cadence of touchpoints with the client to ensure opportunities are seized and any tensions are resolved. They also maintain communication with the internal team to keep the client well-informed on day-to-day activities, such as planning and milestones.
Additionally, they help position Your Majesty as the expert through their situational awareness of the client’s business and by planning and facilitating regular business reviews. Our client team seeks to add more value to their clients by building deep expertise in the client’s field of business and providing outside perspectives through brand experience and digital product design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client relationships
Manage a book of business spread over two to eight clients per year, depending on account and engagement size.
Plan and lead the client experience, including regular client check-ins and milestones.
Be the main point of contact for clients and work closely with producers to ensure clients are up-to-date on project status, milestones, problems, priorities, etc.
Be accountable for clients and act as the last line of defense before YM owners step in when conflicts need to be mitigated or resolved.
Seek new opportunities for YM to add more value to its clients and keep clients updated on Your Majesty’s evolving products and services.
Deepen interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders within each client organization, and expand the network within the client organization to ensure the relationship can sustain scenarios such as key YM relations leaving the client organization.

Work with other discipline leads and strategists to seek new opportunities for our firm to add more value to our clients.Leading quarterly business reviews
In close collaboration with each account’s discipline leads.Pro-actively come with ideas to support client’s goals
Work with YM’s discipline leads to proactively propose solutions that support clients' high-level strategic objectives and, in doing so, create long-term opportunities for YM to get more work from the client.Bring situational awareness (competition/customer/market trends)
Establish and maintain a knowledge base of clients, outlining their competitors, customer segments, and market opportunities, and develop a deep understanding of the client's business.TL;DR: Become YM’s in-house expert on the client’s business and its market.
Forecasting and account planning/growth
Collaborate with YM leadership to create revenue forecasts and high-level plans for growing each client account to align with YM’s yearly business goals.About you

Skills and experience we’d like to see
5-10 years experience in a digital agency environment as a client or account manager, project manager, strategist, or similar.
Excellent knowledge of digital PM and collaboration tools, i.e., Googled Drive, Notion, Trello, etc.
Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in tools such as Keynote, Google Slides, etc.
Professional-level written and spoken English.
Nice to haves
Experience and interest in working with the fashion and apparel industry.
Experience and interest in working in the big tech/SAAS/startup field.
Interest in emerging technologies.
Open to travel for work and visiting clients in person.
