We contribute to the continuous improvement of our people through extensive technical, leadership and soft skill training. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
~10+ years of sales experience in enterprise sales with SaaS/cloud products.
~ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve significant revenue growth.
~ Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring sales teams to deliver results.
~ Expertise in complex deal negotiation and account management.
~ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
~ Proficiency in CRM tools and a strong focus on sales performance metrics.
~ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
~ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate and expand the enterprise market in Europe.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for Etiya's products in non-telco sectors.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align go-to-market strategies and customer engagement plans.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Drive pipeline management and ensure accurate sales forecasts and reporting using CRM systems.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to position the company as a market leader.
