How we work

  • We are constantly looking for new strategic partnerships whereby the win-win-win, for the partner, their clients, and for SIG is very high.

  • We enable our partners and help them in developing new business opportunities.

  • Leads get generated mostly by partners and via our network.

  • After an initial meeting with the client about their issues and needs, the next steps for the opportunity are defined with the partner sales team.

  • We support our partners during the whole sales process. By active engagement with the partner sales teams and customer success teams, we scale the amount of subscribing customers and new opportunities in the pipeline with our partners.

  • We work with modern sales processes and tools (such as Salesforce) and align regularly with our partners on the sales pipeline actions to be taken.

Where you come in

Achieving target

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the partner's business, identifying key prospects, and formulating regional/vertical sales plans.

  • Stay attached during the delivery of projects. Manage client relations throughout the entire sales engagement incl.customer adoption and happiness in close conjunction with our customer success management.

  • Be proactive, and trusted advisor to the partner and their clients to drive the Sigrid solution.

  • Maintain and develop a partner client and prospect database in SFDC.

  • Maintain and expand existing partner and client relations through active account management, working on many opportunities simultaneously.

Expand market share with partners: Expand our market share with and via partners.

Follow up on sales enquiries: Drive the entire sales cycle from cold calling to contract negotiations, whereby our partner is in the lead, and you actively support them with brief response times as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Self-starter, structured and disciplined to effectively work on many important opportunities at the same time.

    • Team player, leveraging the value of other colleagues, and working together with respect for each other's contributions.

    • Working with a high energy level and with pleasure in the dynamics of the partner market as indicated.

    • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst managing a large number of accounts.

    • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both partner & client organizations including C-level and internally across the business.

    • Experience in developing business cases and ROI together with partners.

    • Ability to articulate the value of the SIG solutions to prospects and clients and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity.

    • Fluent in English. Dutch is strongly preferred. Other languages are a plus.

    • Hands-on mentality.

    • 3-7 years of experience with software sales and experience in working with partners to initiate and develop new sales opportunities.

    • A degree in business administration with a technical background, or a degree in technical sciences with management or sales experience.

    • Working hybrid from the Amsterdam office (ideally 2 days per week on average).
