Jouw verantwoordelijheden
- Team aansturen: Motiveer en stuur een team van Partnership Sales Managers aan. Zorg ervoor dat zij leads genereren, sterke presentaties geven en potentiële partners omzetten in langdurige samenwerkingen.
- Marktuitbreiding: Identificeer nieuwe kansen en breng samenwerkingen tot stand met vastgoedeigenaren en investeerders om de groei in de regio te versnellen.
- Sales uitvoering : Overzie intensieve salesactiviteiten en zorg ervoor dat leads uitmonden in getekende contracten.
- Sales doelstellingen: Stel hoge maar haalbare targets voor je team en zorg dat deze keer op keer worden overtroffen.
- Netwerken: Bezoek prospects, voer onderhandelingen en sluit samenwerkingen met vastgoedeigenaren door de hele Benelux.
Wie ben jij?
- Ervaren salesmanager: Je hebt ervaring met B2B-verkoop, bij voorkeur in een internationale en dynamische omgeving.
- Taalvaardig: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
- Zelfstandig en resultaatgericht : Je hebt een proactieve houding en weet zelfstandig resultaten te boeken.
- Doelgericht leidinggeven: Je kunt een team motiveren om doelen te halen en zelfs te overtreffen.
- Flexibel en stressbestendig: Je houdt van een uitdaging en kunt omgaan met veranderingen en druk.
- Sterke communicatievaardigheden: Je weet anderen te overtuigen en kunt jouw boodschap helder overbrengen.
- Ervaring met vastgoed of franchiseontwikkelin g: Ervaring in vastgoed, flexibele werkplekken of franchiseontwikkeling is een voordeel, maar geen must.

Your Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Drive a team of Partnership Sales Managers who will participate in managing the entire sales cycle, focusing on generating leads, pitching, and converting prospects into partners.
- Market Expansion : Identify and onboard new franchise partners, targeting landlords and building owners for rapid regional growth.
- Sales Execution : Oversee high-volume, high-intensity sales activities that turn leads into signed contracts.
- Sales Goals : Ensure the team consistently meets targets
- Field Work : Spend time in the field meeting prospects, negotiating deals, and driving partnerships with building owners across Benelux.
Your Profile
- Experienced Sales Leader: Background in B2B sales leadership, ideally within a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Dutch and English Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.
- Self-Starter and Hands-On Mentality: Highly motivated with a proven track record of independently driving results.
- Target-Oriented : Skilled in managing and motivating a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Adaptable and Resilient : Flexible, open-minded, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong Communicator : Excellent communication and presentation skills to connect with diverse audiences.
- Commercial Real Estate/Franchise Development : Experience in property investment, flexible workspaces, or franchise development is an advantage.
