**What makes this role unique**:
Join us at CLEVR in Amersfoort as our Event Manager. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for event planning and budgeting, collaboration with internal and external parties on the organization, execution, and reporting on the achieved results versus the initial objectives. You will work closely with marketing and sales to integrate event planning into the broader marketing and growth strategy. **Your role will include**:

- Develop and manage CLEVR's marketing event calendar in collaboration with the sales team, brand & communications manager, and growth marketers, including setting goals and defining target audiences.
- Plan and manage various events, both online and offline. Align the event planning with CLEVR's partners, including Siemens and Mendix, and consider organizing joint events.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding upcoming events and event details and attend to clients, speakers, and attendees at events.
- Identify and coordinate with event speakers and other key contributors and coordinate the creation of presentations. Oversee the design and production of event marketing collateral and review materials created by external vendors.
- Coordinate services provided by event vendors, ensuring that they are delivered as planned. Create and manage event budgets, secure sponsorships or funding from partners, and negotiate competitive fees with vendors.
- Set objectives and targets per event, implement ways to measure and report outcomes versus targets, and follow up on generated leads in collaboration with sales.
- Provide support for on-site representatives and vendors, handling logístical tasks such as shipments, registrations, booth service orders, team preparation, travel arrangements, booth setup, and takedown.
- Conduct and report post-event evaluations, including participant feedback and lessons learned.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes and marketing activities.
- Excellent organizational, planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under time pressure with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and experience with marketing processes in HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot/Account Engagement, Dripefy) is also advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additionally, Dutch, German, Finnish, or Norwegian proficiency is preferred.
