We are looking for a **Customer Support Representative **to join our Project Operations team in **Amsterdam**.

To be successful, you need to be highly organized, time-efficient, and committed to providing the best support to our customers. In return, you’ll get acquainted with the wonders of engineering and on-demand manufacturing all while being surrounded by awesome co-workers eager to share their knowledge.

**What you'll do**:

- Work closely with our customers and support teams during the production phase to ensure orders are sourced and fulfilled on-time and on-spec
- Monitor a variety of online feedback channels including our own tools and Trustpilot
- Contribute to Protolabs’ online resources and Help Center content

**What it takes**:

- 6 months - 1 year of experience in a customer facing role
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or similar
- A desire to ensure our customers have the best possible experience when manufacturing parts through Protolabs Network
- Multi-tasker with excellent time management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
