PURPOSE
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement a comprehensive on-trade sales strategy, including setting targets, identifying growth opportunities, and monitoring performance.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-trade partners, including bars, restaurants, hotels, nightlife, festivals and event venues, to ensure effective promotion and distribution of Pernod-Ricard products.- Collaborate with the (trade) marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions for the on-trade sector.- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.- Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales teams, including setting performance objectives, providing coaching and mentoring, and conducting regular performance reviews.- Work closely with the finance and supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient inventory management.- Represent Pernod-Ricard at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting the company's products and services and building brand awareness within the on-trade sector.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies
YOUR PROFILE- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development within the alcoholic beverage industry, with a focus on the on-trade sector.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and achieving revenue growth targets.- Strong understanding of the on-trade market and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing sales talent.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Willingness to travel as required
