Customer Support Intercom Agent

**Zo ziet jouw rol eruit**
Als intercom medewerker op onze klantenservice afdeling ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze leden. Indien zij op de club staan en vragen hebben, kunnen zij via de intercom contact met jou opnemen. Door de diversiteit aan vragen is elke melding weer anders en kan jij het lid direct helpen met de vraag of het probleem. Na elke melding maak je een kort en duidelijk verslag.
Het intercom team bestaat uit 40 medewerkers, coaches en supervisors. De voertaal op ons kantoor in Hoofddorp is Engels, maar er wordt ook Nederlands en Frans gesproken. Hierdoor kom je in een gezellig multicultureel team terecht
Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar diverse nieuwe collega's die verschillende diensten kunnen draaien. Afhankelijk van jouw beschikbaarheid kunnen wij contracten aanbieden van 16 of 24 uur.
**Wij vragen**:
Als intercom klantenservice medewerker heb je een klantvriendelijke, servicegerichte en behulpzame instelling. Je ziet snel moeten schakelen als uitdaging en bent flexibel ingesteld.
Verder vragen wij om:
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Beschikbaarheid voor de ochtend, middag of nachtdiensten;
- Geduldige instelling om alle leden op de juiste manier te helpen.

- Een bruto maandsalaris van €2317,83 o.b.v. 40 uur
