**Position: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)**
**Location: Amsterdam**
**Reporting to: CEO**

**Role Overview**
The CCO will lead Carbon Equityʼs commercial strategy and execution, driving growth through B2C
and B2B sales channels and marketing. This role focuses on scaling revenue, achieving a 2x new ARR target by 2025, and
building a high-performing, data-driven team. The CCO will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring
alignment across sales and marketing while strengthening Carbon Equity's brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Revenue growth**:
Achieve a 2x ARR increase in 2025 by scaling sales across B2C and B2B channels.
Drive customer growth and expand assets under management.
**Strategic leadership**:
Develop and execute a cohesive commercial strategy that integrates B2C sales, B2B partnerships, and marketing.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to align commercial objectives with platform development.

**Sales leadership**:
Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and structured sales
processes.
Optimize sales pipelines, improve CRM usage (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and ensure consistent execution of the sales
playbook.

**Marketing & brand development**:
Oversee marketing initiatives, driving lead generation and enhancing Carbon Equityʼs brand visibility.
Establish Carbon Equity as the leading sustainable investment platform through partnerships, events, and media.

**Team building & culture**:
Foster a culture of trust, ownership, and accountability within the commercial team.
Lead by example, providing hands-on coaching and development opportunities.
Build a high performance team culture

**Scaling operations**:
Expand commercial operations into new markets, with a particular focus on Germany and other key regions.
Identify and implement new revenue streams, ensuring sustainable growth.

**Stakeholder engagement**:
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, investors, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure clear communication across teams and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

**Who You Are**
**Sales leader**: You bring proven success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets, both as a leader and individual contributor. You have experience building and optimizing sales processes, are fluent in CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, and excel in pipeline management. Ideally, you’ve navigated multiple sales channels, including inbound,
outbound, and channel sales.

**Strategic thinker**: You craft a long-term vision while outlining tactical steps to execute your strategy. You balance big-picture strategy with detail-oriented execution, deeply understand market dynamics, and align strategies with Carbon Equity's value creation for diverse customer segments.

**Customer-centric professional**: You deeply understand investor personas—mass affluent, high-net-worth individuals, and professional investors like family offices and foundations—and tailor sales and marketing approaches to resonate with
these groups.
