As a Partner Solution Sales resource for Azure Migrate, your responsibilities will be to develop and execute a Partner Solution Sales and Territory plan with your SMB prioritized partners. You will be expected to drive sales through both partner-led and co-sell initiatives to achieve quarterly Financial Revenue Attainment (FRA) in The Netherlands.

Your role involves driving your partner's sales execution at a large scale through programs. With our leading Direct and Indirect partners. Your deep solution area expertise and business acumen will be leveraged to drive revenue impact month-on-month and quarter-on-quarter. Success in your role will be achieved through skilling in the Solution Area, executing across the Microsoft Customer Execution Model and driving Programs at scale. You will be responsible for creating and executing a well-designed Solution Area focused plan for Azure Migrate. Additionally, you will actively seek to enhance your career path through recommended and additional training.

You will leverage your challenger mindset, sales management skills, technology, and industry knowledge, and best in class interpersonal abilities to enable our partners to bring market-defining solutions to our customers. **Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for owning the Cloud Solution Area (CSA) pipeline for Azure Migrate with assigned partners and for leveraging investments to drive the sales funnel and pipeline velocity in the Small/Mid-market segment in The Netherlands. Ultimately driving the acquisition of new customers, and Cloud revenue.
- You will be accountable for the Cloud Solution Area (CSA) revenue forecast for your portfolio of assigned SMB prioritized partners. And you will manage this through a predictable sales pipeline Rhythm of Business (RoB) with assigned solution area partners.
- You will define and execute partner sales initiatives at scale to accelerate the Cloud Solution Area solution and services adoption, and business in the Small/Mid-market segment.
- You may own the execution of breadth channel ecosystem building programmatics, focusing Indirect Provider (or Distributors) on reseller transformation, enablement and activation of prioritized Cloud Solution Area solution and services.
- You will be expected to coach the value of the solution plays to your assigned partners and secure their commitment for further solution sales practice acceleration to increase their share of wallet.
- You will be expected to drive partner inbound referral sharing for contribution to the sales funnel and top deal pipeline.
- You will drive the partner’s utilization of investments and incentives to move opportunities through the pipeline and promote deployment and consumption.
- You will be expected to support the partner in driving top strategic deals to deliver revenue impact to the business, assisting in removing commercial blockers and coaching on compete challenges.

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Informatics), Business/Economics (Sales), or related field, and 7+ years experience in information technology (IT)-related industry sales, the partner channel sales and professional
- Experience in sales, business development, or partner management within the technology industry
- Strong understanding of Azure Migrate and the Microsoft solutions, its competitive advantages versus the competition and the impact of these solutions on Small/Mid-market Businesses
- Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the markets’ relevant partner ecosystem
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field
- Multiple years of experience in sales or partner management, specifically within the Data & AI technology
- Deep knowledge of the Dutch SMB market and its unique challenges/opportunities
- Experience working with Microsoft Cloud solution and services
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
