Then the full cost will be reimbursed. It is also possible to use a rental car.- Do you travel business kilometers with your own transportation? Then you will receive a mileage allowance of € 0.36 per kilometer, of which € 0.21 is untaxed.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates CI activities at the operations level with consideration for the activities and priorities within the site. Responsible to facilitate the effective CI rollout at their Manufacturing and track the progress towards the business case. Drives the identification, prioritization and execution of CI actions and behaviors (i.e., creating a learning organization”) on site. Coaches/mentors and train the manufacturing employees on the CI tools and culture at all levels of site organization.
Major Tasks- You identify and manage risks and stakeholders for a manufacturing deployment. You conduct re-calibrations and health checks with manufacturing management on CI progress. Manufacturing link in the regional network of facilitators;- You support the Manufacturing Management Team by leading the CI journey. You support realizing the CI targets on Performance, People and Value Creation;- You Coach & mentor manufacturing people at all levels on CI tools, culture and Methodology;- You perform maturity assessments at manufacturing;- You develop of long term CI plan for the manufacturing organization and support its implementation. You track site wide deployment progress and report;- You assist in creating, modifying, organizing and leading key training to all levels on manufacturing;- You assist in identifying, creating and validating new Best Practices and support the implementation of the BP’s plan;- You fill in several project roles for (CI) improvement projects.
Value Added- You lead the CI program on site and proactively manage risks, stakeholders and milestones;- You assist the Regional Operational Excellence Lead in setting up the preparation phase of the deployment and then progressively take ownership for the deployment through the implementation and sustaining the deployment;- You Possess strong facilitation and change management skills and has the potential to be part of the Site Management Team (if not already) as a high potential.
WHAT YOU OFFER- You have a Bachelor or Master degree;- You are certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt preferred and experience in driving a Lan Six Sigma journey;- You have coaching, mentoring, and group facilitation skills;- You have an interpersonal and motivational skills; people solving skills;- You have problem solving & Project management skills;- You have affinity with working within a production environment;- You are a connector; natural tendency bringing people together and being able to communicate through multiple levels in the manufacturing organization;- You have a strong result orientation;- You have excellent organization skills, comfortable with detail and good at 'follow-through' ;- You have knowledge and skills on management of change;- You are a good team player personality, positive working attitude and a high service orientation;- You are Fluent in Dutch and English
