**De rol**
Als Lead Business Integrity ben jij binnen Knab het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle zaken met betrekking tot business integrity. Dan hebben we het over bijvoorbeeld product & markt integriteit, organisatie integriteit en medewerkersintegriteit. Je rapporteert aan de Head of Compliance over deze integriteitsgebieden, inclusief zorgplicht, gedrag en ethiek. Je bent betrokken bij strategische besluitvorming op dit gebied en bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van naleving van wet
- en regelgeving met betrekking tot o.a. zorgplicht.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Beheer van diverse beleidsdocumenten binnen business integrity, waaronder de duty of care policy, PARP policy, professional competence policy en whistleblower policy, waarbij relevante wetgeving wordt vertaald naar vereisten voor de business.
- Monitoring van Knab's risicobereidheid op het gebied van business integrity en het ontwikkelen van inzichtelijke rapportages voor de Executive Board en Supervisory Board.
- Proactief samenwerken met de business om zorgplichtvereisten en risico's te benadrukken.
- Rechterhand van de Head of Compliance voor wat betreft business integrity en de gedelegeerde van de Head of Compliance bij de Non-Financial Risk Committee en de Product Approval & Review Committee, in geval van afwezigheid.
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van een risk assessment framework rondom business integrity en analyseren van de diverse integriteitsrisico’s.
- Coaching van de betrokken compliance officers.
- Periodiek upgraden van Knab’s interne trainingsprogramma, rondom o.a. zorgplicht en ethiek.

**Het team**
Een rol met aanzienlijke impact, waarbij je werkt binnen een enthousiast, ambitieus en groeiend compliance team van 9 collega's. We spreken elkaar bijna dagelijks, waarvan ten minste 1 dag per week fysiek op kantoor. Het team is zeer divers qua achtergrond en ervaring, wat maakt dat je je volop kunt ontwikkelen en actief bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de Compliance functie binnen Knab.

**Jouw profiel**
De ideale kandidaat voor deze functie beschikt over diepgaande (>10 jaar) kennis over zorgplicht, gedrag en ethiek en heeft ervaring met risicobeheer in het kader van business integrity, bij voorkeur als Senior Compliance Officer, Senior Toezichthouder of Senior Consultant.

Daarnaast heb je:

- Afgeronde universitaire master of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in legal, finance of vergelijkbaar;
- Overtuigingskracht en krachtige presentatie
- en rapportagevaardigheden;
- Stevige vakkennis en daadkracht om overleg te voeren met strategische stakeholders, waaronder de Executive Board, de Supervisory Board, senior management en de toezichthouders;
- Het vermogen om oplossingen te testen, zaken op scherp te zetten en ben je een kundig sparringpartner voor de business.
