About the Role

As a Senior Product Merchandising Manager at PVH, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Global Bottoms business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our iconic Tommy Hilfiger brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Wovens Product Merchandising Senior Manager to develop seasonal strategies and partner with Marketplace Merchandising to convert Range Plans into a seasonal Bottoms collection.
  • Product Development: Build strong relationships with the Design & Product Development teams to create an efficient and profitable collection, balancing commercial product needs with seasonal design direction.
  • Line Presentation: Present the line to key market stakeholders during DCR.
  • Assortment Planning: Collaborate with the Merchandising team to define the optimum consumer assortment and key product pushes for the season.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Create various analyses on the collection throughout the season to review sales results, pricing architecture, product assortment, and suggest tweaks to maximize category potential.
  • Sampling and Forecasting: Lead the definition of the sampling plan for regional showrooms and forecast the line to identify potential risks, opportunities, and aid in capacity/fabric pre-bookings.
  • PLM Management: Manage PLM systems for the team, ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to ensure effective use of time and maximum output in the team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Merchandising or Buying experience, with Menswear Wovens experience preferred.
  • Online/Direct-to-Consumer experience is a plus.
  • Commercial mindset with a proven track record of building successful businesses across all KPIs.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and build a narrative around trends/patterns in the data.
  • Team player with an ability to develop, foster, and leverage strong cross-functional relationships with Design, PD, Sales, Marketing, etc.
  • Proactive with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organisation skills and an ability to manage multiple projects/seasons simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel.
  • Experience with PLM style management system is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about the Tommy Hilfiger brand and products.
