- The GEA Heating & Refrigeration Technologies division specializes in industrial refrigeration, heating and sustainable technical solutions for the food, beverage, dairy and oil & gas industries, among others. Then come and join our team in Den Bosch as Project Procurement Manager. You will work in the procurement department of GEA Refrigeration Netherlands in Den Bosch.- Your responsibilities and tasks:
The procurement team is responsible for managing various complex procurement projects and managing various procurement commodities locally.

Your tasks:

- You are the first point of contact from procurement for project-related stakeholders such as project management, engineering, project planning, controlling etc. and share progress information from a procurement perspective.
- Initiating and maintaining the project procurement plan, including managing risks, costs, quality, availability and lead times.
- Responsible for coordinating project requirements for procurement, from sales phase to execution, including scope and make-or-buy decisions.
- Manage the overall timeline related to production, delivery, installation and commissioning of all elements within the scope.
- Compliance with procurement process and policies within the project scope (contract management, competitive bidding, sourcing, etc.).
- Alignment with category strategies and use of preferred suppliers, coordination with Strategic Buyer, PPMs in different divisions and Category managers in case of specific needs.
- Collaboration i.e. early involvement, from sales phase of project and in subsequent stages.

Your profile and qualifications:

- You have a Bachelor level or Nevi certificate and concrete experience with project-based procurement within a relevant working environment (technical, complex organization).
- You are a builder and enjoy contributing to the further professionalization of procurement within the organization.
- You are a strong communicator and can convince by showing the added value of procurement and building your network so that you are at the front table in the process and can think and advise.
- Dutch is strongly preferred but you also have a good command of English.
- Because you have experience with procurement from the industry/technology, you understand products and the environment in which you work.
- You take responsibility, are problem-solving, flexible and a good negotiator.
