ERM, the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy, is going through significant growth. To support our growth, we are currently seeking a motivated Project Operations Assistant that will have the combined responsibility of supporting the Office Manager in the Netherlands and supporting on a variety of project teams in the Netherlands.

The role

As a Project Operations Assistant you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders like: the IT team, the Finance team, Local (external) suppliers for office ware, groceries and other supplies, Vendors for local contracts, local teams (consultants & and support teams).

Amongst daily ad hoc matters, main duties will cover:

- Support Office manager upon request (maintain office equipment & ensure a tidy and clean office, office moves, maintaining office/kitchen, administrative work)
- Welcoming the visitors to our office
- Act as contact for the meeting rooms and ensure they are always ready for meetings and welcoming external visitors
- Manage travel and logistics, car logs, couriers and make planning of the materials
- Plan meetings, participate in and help organize team meetings and setup questionnaires if necessary
- Manage Field work equipment and consumables
- Support Quality managers with accreditations, tracking report submittals to authorities etc
- Prepare sales pipeline reports and support project teams
- Support with Avetta (e.g., contacting subbies for insurance certificates)
- Update proposal costing sheet in case of new lab/subbie rate
- Manage team presents (birthdays etc.) and MasterCard statements
- Drafting IWAs, vendor forms and SWA
- Support Project Managers and support with proposal development
- Set-up projects in Project Expenses and prepare invoices
- Support in BD client requests

About you...

You will have a collaborative and positive approach to work.
- Flexible, proactive and willing to learn and develop a very challenging role
- Ideally, background should be in Admin studies
- Some experience in a similar role
- Proven experience with Office (specifically with Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- High proficiency of both Dutch and English (verbally and writing)
