To further increase the growth of our organization we are looking for a **Customer Success Manager** to take part in our Engage Business Unit. Working in our Engage team, you will deal with our cutting-edge innovative products such as Mobile Marketing Cloud, CDP, Inspire and many more.

**What you will do**

You will be working at our Customer Success Team based at our Headquarters in Breda.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our **SaaS Marketing solutions,** achieve their desired outcomes, and ultimately become our brand advocates. Your primary focus will be to foster strong relationships with our clients, helping them realize the full potential of our products while expanding their usage and portfolio.

You will have the autonomy to achieve business goals with your clients and grow your portfolio. Your client are in the mid-market to enterprise level, across all sectors. You will be the main point of contact and a business coach for your clients.

In addition, you will be involved in the ongoing review of the department's processes, with a strong focus on continuous improvement where you will be able to contribute your ideas and perspective to move the team forward in a better way if possible.

**You connect with us, if you have**:

- 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role in the SaaS industry.
- Worked on marketing software;
- Exceptional communication skills, you are a strong networker and you have great relationship-building capabilities;
- A commercial mindset: you’re able to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Proven track record of driving higher product adoption and improving customer satisfaction. You focus on customer outcomes rather than just tasks/activities;
- A high sense of ownership, you are a motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric professional;
- Are located within travel distance to our HQ in Breda.
