**Wat ga je doen?**
Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze particuliere klanten die vragen hebben over de producten en diensten van PostNL. Een vermist of beschadigd pakketje? Met de best passende oplossingen handel je dit soort meldingen af. Sterker nog, je overtreft de verwachtingen van de klant door out of the box te denken.
Daarnaast optimaliseer je onze service journey en klanttevredenheid. Hoe? Door procesverbeteringen te testen en door te voeren. En door je collega’s te stimuleren om nog klantgerichter te werken. Je bewaakt ook de uniformiteit in ons klantcontact. En verbetert samen met je collega’s het trainingsmateriaal voor nieuwe medewerkers. Wat je baan ook leuk maakt, is dat je nieuwe kanalen test en meedenkt over klantcontactprocessen voor toekomstige PostNL-diensten.
Samen met - al zeggen we het zelf - superleuke collega’s vorm je het Expertiseteam binnen het Expertise Centrum van Customer Service. We werken in een gemoedelijke sfeer samen. Je wordt goed begeleid door ervaren collega’s en krijgt veel mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Jouw werkplek? Je kunt goed communiceren met uiteenlopende mensen en stelt je daarbij empathisch en geduldig op. Ook kun je goed analyseren en draag je creatief oplossingen op. Van nature kijk je continu hoe dingen beter kunnen. Jouw doorzettingsvermogen komt daarbij goed van pas, net als je overtuigingskracht om collega’s mee te nemen in je ideeën. Daarnaast weet je als multitasker goed overzicht te houden. Verder herken je je hierin:
- Je hebt mbo-niveau.
- Je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring, bijvoorbeeld op een contactcenter of klantenservice.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend. Spreek en schrijf je ook Engels? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen.
- Je bent flexibel beschikbaar op werkdagen tussen 8.00 en 18.00 uur.
