Voor onze afdeling Service in Den Bosch zijn we op zoek naar een Process & Support Administrator.
- Your responsibilities and tasks:
Als Process & Support Administrator draag jij bij aan een duurzame industrie door de serviceorganisatie van GEA te ondersteunen en te verbeteren.

Je ondersteunt de diverse servicebranches verspreid over Nederland en België met operationele en administratieve processen en de bijbehorende systemen. Dit doe je enerzijds door 2nd line support te bieden en anderzijds door de verbeterprojecten op te starten en te realiseren. In deze rol ben jij de expert op verschillende servicegebieden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het borgen en delen van kennis binnen de organisatie en speelt een sleutelrol in het initiëren en uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten. Deze projecten richten zich op het verhogen van efficiëntie, standaardisatie en kwaliteit binnen de serviceorganisatie.

Wat ga je doen?
- Het signaleren en oplossen van terugkerende problemen en procesknelpunten.
- Initiëren en implementeren van verbeterprojecten voor processen en systemen.
- Het bieden van 2nd line support voor systemen en processen binnen de serviceorganisatie.
- Analyseren van resultaten en opstellen van rapportages voor systeem
- procesverbeteringen.
- Monitoren en borgen van de voortgang en resultaten van verbeterprojecten.
- Fungeren als klankbord voor de serviceorganisatie.
- Waarborgen van samenwerking en ondersteuning bij escalaties.
- Toezien op naleving van processen, procedures en juist gebruik van systemen.

Your profile and qualifications:
Wat breng je mee?
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in (technische) bedrijfskunde, procesmanagement of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen een serviceorganisatie of procesgerichte omgeving is een pre.
- Kennis van en ervaring met ERP- en/of field service managementsystemen (bijvoorbeeld SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Affiniteit met projectmanagement en procesoptimalisatie.
- Communicatief vaardig: Je kunt helder communiceren op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
