**What you will do**:
At Suitsupply we make a beautiful product of which we are proud. We work with over 50 suppliers and handle different product groups. The production team needs administrative assistance to follow up our Corporate Social Responsibility standards and keep our systems up to date.
Processing our garments and items administratively by receiving and closing orders in the system. You will be responsible for keeping the system up to date and contacting suppliers for shipping documents. As well as contacting suppliers and stores for reporting and planning of audits. For example, chasing CAP follow ups, request certifications and keep track of expirations thereof. You will request carbon footprint reporting and arrange recycling pick ups.
