Binnen onze animal health organisatie in Boxmeer biedt Operational Services (OS; 65 vaste medewerkers) technische ondersteuning aan onze interne afdelingen waaronder productie, Research & Development (R&D) en Quality. Binnen OS is de afdeling Site Engineering (SE; 10 vaste medewerkers) verantwoordelijk voor het managen en de uitvoering van investeringsprojecten waaronder nieuwbouw, renovatie en verbouwing (onder meer bouwkundig, procestechnisch, installaties, verpakkingsconcepten) op de sites Boxmeer en De Bilt, en levert hiervoor project-magement en project-engineering support.

**Over de functie**

In deze rol ben je de single point of contact voor een aan jou toegewezen interne klant (Productie-Unit of Center of Excellence). Ten behoeve van en in nauwe samenwerking met deze klant beheer je een portfolio aan (technische) investerings-, renovatie
- verbouwingsprojecten en geef je functioneel leiding aan projectleiders en/of (ingehuurde) engineersteams. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met een grote diversiteit aan interne (e.g. Asset Management, Facilities, Environment, Health & Safety, Manufacturing (EHS)) en externe stakeholders (leveranciers, contractors) en rapporteer je aan de Manager Site Engineering.

**Primaire verantwoordelijkheden**
- Zorgt in nauw overleg met de interne klant voor het samenstellen en maandelijkse update van het projectportfolio en is verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de geplande capital expenses volgens dit plan;
- Stemt samen met de interne klant de eisen en wensen vanuit de business af en vertaalt deze samen met stake-holders van de site naar investeringsbehoeften waarbij risico’s, compliance, prioriteiten worden vastgesteld;
- Draagt zorg voor de initiatie en scoping van projecten van zijn klanten;
- Verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de projectleiders die binnen zijn projectportfolio werken;
- Regelt en coördineert in nauw overleg met de Planner en Resource Manager de bezetting van de projectteams binnen zijn project-portfolio;
- Is binnen zijn projectportfolio eindverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de door SE-afdeling uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, hierbij rekening houdend met o.a. de Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principes
- en EHS-regels en Engineering Policies/Guidelines;
- Is eindverantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid op de projectlocaties binnen zijn projectportfolio;
- Treedt binnen de afd. SE op als kennisdrager van één of meerdere specialismen (denk aan standaarden of een technisch specialisme);
- Is eindverantwoordelijk voor project scoping, haalbaarheidsstudies, concept
- en basic engineering, budget-raming, planning en investeringsaanvragen t.b.v. projecten in zijn projectportfolio;
- Is de interface tussen de klant, Site Engineering-projectteam en alle overige in het project benodigde stake-holders van de site;
- Overlegt samen met de manager van Site Engineering en andere Lead-Engineers de personele, organisatorische en functionele zaken en stemt deze af op de behoefte van de site.

**Jouw profiel**
- Een afgeronde opleiding op Academisch/HBO niveau in een relevante technische richting;
- Ruime en succesvolle ervaring met het initiëren, managen en opleveren van technische (capex) projecten in een relevante productieomgeving (pharma, biotech, kleine chemie, food);
- Zeer sterk ontwikkelde project
- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden, je weet op handige wijze verbinding te maken op verschillende niveaus;
- VCA I en II gecertificeerd, kennis van EHS-regelgeving en bekend met Lean Six Sigma principes;
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels;
- Woonachtig op een redelijke afstand van Boxmeer (deze rol vraagt om mínimaal 4 dagen per week aanwezigheid).
