Unlock Your Potential as an Account Manager
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the Benelux region. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Industry Sales Managers, Partner Managers, and Regional Sales Operations to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Analyze customer performance and identify opportunities to propose solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and communication with various stakeholders.
- Drive the sales of complex solutions, justifying their value and increasing Marel's market share while meeting customer requirements.
- Be responsible for realizing sales targets in volume and achieving the best possible price and market share for complex solutions.
- Ensure accurate visit reports, opportunity registration, and follow-up, maintaining data in Company CRM systems. Collect and share information on competitors' activities, installed base, requirements, and developments with internal stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably mechanical engineering or food processing technology. You should have at least 3 years of experience in a technical sales environment and a strong desire to develop your skills further as a sales professional in a leading company.
- You are a proactive, empathetic, and energetic individual with a sharp mind and a result-driven approach.
- You have strong English and German language skills, both written and verbal.
- You are willing to travel approximately 35% of your time.
