**Who are you?**:

- You are an accurate and detail-oriented person, with MBO-HBO administration level and relevant work experience, preferably in an international context.
- You bring at least 5 years of work experience in financial administration in an independent role with a diverse set of tasks.
- You are administratively strong and can work well in a process-oriented way.
- You have good command of the English and Dutch language.
- You are experienced and comfortable with digital tools, including EXACT-Globe and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel).

**Being a financial administrator**:
As a vital member of the PUM community, your role is both dynamic and rewarding. As administrator you play a key role in the organization and the Finance department, which includes a Finance manager (Controller), an assistant Controller and a Finanancial administrator. What will a day in the office look like? Just to name a few responsibilities, you will be:

- Handling financial accounting.
- Booking invoices.
- Processing payments and expense claims.
- Responsible for preparing and filing VAT tax returns.
- Processing bank statements.
- Handle authorizations.
- Manage expense claims in Dynamics (CRM).

**Ins and outs of the role of financial administrator role**:
As a full-time role at PUM (37.5 hours), the financial administrator position offers a competitive salary between the range of € 3056;
- and € 4.365;
- , depending on the experience you bring.
