**Introduction**:
ASML Twinscan factory is responsible for production and qualification of complex lithography systems (XT, NXT). These systems are built and delivered to customer requirement, in time and at the right quality. To reach these goals we use the full capability and knowledge of our employees empowering them to excel in their jobs, work as a team and improve every day.

TF Operational Excellence (OE) is the game changer for the Twinscan Factory (TF) and directs the structural improvement roadmap towards Operational Excellence. The structural improvement roadmap is the One Single Agenda for TF with all initiatives, programs and activities connected to realizing the TWINSCAN Factory vision.

The Operational Excellence transformation roadmap integrates Safety, Quality, Lean and Business Improvement and is event and deliverable based. TF OE drives TF to create sustainable improvement on the business performance focusing on a full-scale change of organizational culture. TF OE drives business performance impact, organizational maturity, preparing for the future and growing our people, and provides regular business support.

**Role and responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Lean Change Agent to further strengthen our Lean team. As a Lean Change agent you will co-lead (with line management) the OE transformation within Twinscan Factory, with a focus on embedding Lean philosophy where people are engaged to improve processes continuously to boost business impact. You will support the TF business leaders and guide teams with training, coaching and facilitation and lead and execute improvement projects to drive business impact. Together with line management you build internal capabilities to improve processes and results by cross functional teams on a daily basis. You act as a role model for the lean way of working and respectfully challenge the status quo.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-lead lean deployment with line management to create an environment where continuous improvement is the norm
- Be a Lean expert and act as a recognized sparring partner for teams and managers
- Support organization in defining Performance management systems
- Enable the organization in identifying and removing wastes in the processes
- Facilitate and execute improvement events (kaizen)
- Provide deployment status reports and share learning experiences
- Improve and standardize the way of working within the lean team
- Act as challenger and catalyst in promoting lean leadership behavior
- Respectfully challenge the status quo and act as a role model for Lean thinking
- Contribute as TF LCA to the transformation towards our flow factory within the model area’s.

**Education and experience**:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Supply Chain environment, preferably with line management experience during a lean transformation, in combination with good facilitation skills.
- Expert knowledge of lean, process improvement and quality management tools
- Basic project management skills
- Experience in Hoshin Kanri (Strategy Deployment) and VSM (Value Stream Mapping) would be a plus
- Proven skills in change management
