Wij zoeken per direct een:
**SUPERVISOR CUSTOMER SERVICE**

De educatieve attractie ‘reis door de mens’ laat op een unieke manier zien hoe het lichaam werkt en hoe belangrijk het is om veel te bewegen, verantwoord te eten en gezond te leven. Daarnaast biedt CORPUS Congress Centre alle faciliteiten voor bijeenkomsten, evenementen, congressen, vergaderingen en huisvest jaarlijks honderden zakelijke en particulier evenementen.

**FUNCTIE-INHOUD**:
Het leiden van het customer serviceteam en er op toezien dat het behandelen van telefonische vragen en reserveringen evenals vragen en reserveringen die via de mail binnenkomen op een juiste en correcte wijze worden afgehandeld

**TAKEN**:

- Het begeleiden van collega’s customer service en het maken van het dienstrooster;
- Gastvriendelijke, adequate begeleiding en informeren van de telefonische bezoekers;
- Van 08.30 uur tot 17.00 uur actief beantwoorden van de telefoon en afronden van boekingen en administratie;
- Reserveringen van telefonische boekingen maken;
- Op een juiste wijze en volgens richtlijnen beantwoorden en bevestigen van mailberichten;
- Doorgeven van storingen en afwijkingen aan leidinggevende;
- Het op de hoogte zijn en naleven van alle procedures en werkafspraken;
- Reserveringen voor de afdeling congressen inboeken;
- Verwerken van wijzigingen in gemaakte boekingen;
- Telefoonlijst voor de volgende dag maken t.b.v. de hostesses en controleren met de internetlijst voor de volgende dag;
- Het accuraat uitvoeren van administratieve handelingen;
- Het actief deelnemen aan het afdelingsoverleg;
- Het actief deelnemen aan trainingen en oefeningen.
