**About the function**:
In this warehouse, you will be a jack of all trades The rental department receives requests from customers or returns. You are responsible for the rental and return items. You ensure that all orders are dispatched on time and you are familiar with the latest software systems. Customers may also want to see a certain app on their tablet. You install and package these. You adapt the ordered IT hardware to the customers' wishes and needs. This includes swapping keyboard letters, adding hard drives or installing the necessary software systems for international customers.

Communication is ''key'' in this role. Thus, you communicate with the support team on missing products + processing in the system. Physical tasks such as lifting boxes also come up in your job.

**What we need**:

- You have an affinity with IT
- Command of the English language
- You can work accurately at a fast pace
- Good administrative skills
