Simbase is revolutionizing global communications for IoT devices, and we’re looking for a passionate, **Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative** to help us us expand in the Spanish-speaking markets.

**What you'll do**:

- Identify potential clients and craft creative strategies to win them over.
- Take the lead on campaigns, from brainstorming ideas to scheduling calls and demos that seal the deal.
- Reach out to prospects, follow up on leads, and build relationships that turn interest into action.
- Understand the unique needs of each prospect and collaborate with our technical sales team to deliver customized solutions.
- Stay connected with interested prospects who haven’t converted yet, keeping them engaged and informed.
- Track your activities, update our CRM, and generate insightful reports that help drive success.
- Assist customers in activating and deploying Simbase services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Work diligently towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, contributing to your and our overall growth.

**What you’ll bring**:

- ** Experience**: 6 months - 2 years in a customer-facing role, whether that’s in sales, business development, customer relations, or customer service.
- ** Language Skills**: Fluent in **Spanish** and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both.
- ** People Skills**: A natural conversationalist who listens actively and knows how to keep a conversation flowing.
- ** Tech Passion**: A genuine interest in technology and the knack for explaining Simbase’s products in a way that excites others.
