**Your role**:
Are you ready to take your business development skills to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for you to become the cornerstone of Zanders' growth initiatives for its B2B SaaS products. As our first Sales Development Representative in the product management team, you will not only be responsible for expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with existing clients, but also for laying the foundation for further growth with best-in-class processes and tools.

You will work closely with our product management teams to set up introduction meetings with potential clients, reconnect with older prospects, and plan regular updates with established ones. Additionally, you'll be deeply involved in our marketing efforts and various conferences, creating compelling content, promoting webinars, and identifying valuable partnerships.

A key focus of your role will be our innovative Transfer Pricing Suite, an in-house developed SaaS product that has revolutionized financial transaction pricing benchmarks for multinational entities. This cutting-edge solution not only enhances tax compliance quality but also dramatically reduces the time required for performing and documenting these transactions. This product is already being used by a large number of multinational entities worldwide and we are still growing fast.

This position requires a dynamic professional with excellent communication skills, a knack for relationship building, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. You will be based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, but will have the opportunity to engage with our international teams and participate in local events across our offices in London, Antwerp, Zurich, Stockholm, and the United States.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients, setting up introduction meetings for our product management teams.
- Client Relationship Management: Organize and facilitate catch-up meetings with existing clients to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Partnership Development: Identify and target interesting partners to expand our network and create new business opportunities.
- Event Participation: Represent Zanders at local and international events, working closely with our global teams.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform our product strategies.
- Sales Team Development: Establish and implement best practice processes and tools to lay the groundwork for a dedicated sales team.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of our overall sales strategy, aligning it with company goals and market demands.

**Skills to be successful**:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the financial consulting or fintech sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Experience in implementing sales processes and best practices, preferably in a startup or growth-stage environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms and CRM systems, specifically Hubspot.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and client meetings.
