- Eventix is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR at Eventix, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through market research and lead generation._

**Who are we?**

Eventix offers a complete ticketing system for organizers to sell tickets for their events easily and quickly. Automation, innovation and service are our top priorities. Our customers include Dekmantel and Paaspop and many large clubs in The Netherlands. Besides the Netherlands, we are also active in Belgium, Spain, Germany, Turkey, France and UK. To grow even further we are looking for someone who can convey our story and convince new customers.

**Sales Development Representative for Belgium**

In this dynamic position, your main focus is on finding, approaching and acquiring (new) customers. Within the sales team, a Sales Development Representative is the person who approaches companies and assesses whether there is interest, and neatly documents the customer information in the sales CRM system. A Sales Development Representative works closely with Sales Account Executives on a daily basis.

From our fantastic office in the heart of Amsterdam, you make appointments with interested customers. You use your own creativity for the way you approach a potential customer. If a potential client is interested, you schedule an appointment with a Sales Account Executive, who has broad knowledge of the event and ticketing industry. Once the signing is complete, you'll celebrate the success together

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform market research to identify and prioritize target market segments and potential customers (Bronze, Silver and Gold suspects and Prospects);
- Identify potential selling points and create targeted sales strategies;
- Drive leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to demo scheduled, by reaching weekly target of generating demos with an expected value of 30,000 EUR per week by approaching 70 leads per week;
- Plan and conduct demos with Silver and Gold customers, working closely with account executives to close deals;
- Ensure a smooth transition of deals to account executives by logging all information gathered in Hubspot;
- Close deals with Bronze customers with an expected value between 1,000-3,000 EUR by driving the entire sales pipeline;
- Plan an onboarding call with a Success Manager if a demo is required;
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market intelligence and best practices.

**You**:

- Have 1+ years of experience in sales or a related field;
- Have a natural ability to develop strong, lasting relationships;
- Have excellent oral and written communication in Dutch (Flemish) and English (knowledge of the French language is a big plus);
- Have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets;
- Possess the power of persuasion;
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize target market segments;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of leads;
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic;
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking software, such as Hubspot;
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
