We are a growing team looking for an Administrative Employee, Finance Operations to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in the heart of the beautiful Scheepvaartkwartier in Rotterdam
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Administrative Employee within our company, you will work in a team that is the connecting link between the various departments of our organization, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of administrative data. You are responsible for the accurate and correct processing of administrative data. In addition, it is important that you can work swiftly and independently. In this role, you will
- Verify and process incoming orders with precision.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of pallet stock and transactions.
- Handle and resolve case-related tasks efficiently.
- Manage both incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Process and send sales orders to clients.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Educational Background: Completed MBO education in an administrative field or equivalent MBO thinking
- Experience: Working experience in (logístical) administrative field for more than 1 year
- Language Skills: Proficient in Dutch and English; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Professional Traits: This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Availability: Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Location: Preferably residing in or near Rotterdam
