The Manager Health & Fitness will work within the Operational Team to lead the team of fitness coaches from the Campus Wellness Center.

**About the role**
- You will be managing the daily operations of our fitness facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Getting involved in developing and implementing health and fitness programs tailored to our members' needs.
- Working with a passionate team to deliver exceptional experiences that align with our mission to improve quality of life.
- Managing team schedules, training, and development to maintain a high-performing staff.
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure the facility meets their expectations.
- Monitoring and maintaining health and safety standards across the facility.
- Driving member engagement and retention through innovative initiatives.
- Analyzing performance metrics to continually optimize operations and outcomes.

**About you**:
**Education and Qualifications**
- A degree or relevant certification in Sports Management, Health & Fitness, or a related field.
- Preferred: Certifications or qualifications to teach classes such as Personal Training, Bootcamp, Spinning, Pump, Yoga, Pilates, or HIIT.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in managing health and fitness facilities or similar roles.
- Experience in team leadership and staff development.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the fitness industry.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members and clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of fitness trends and the ability to design programs that drive engagement.
