**Wie ben jij?**
Je bent een ervaren Operational Director die energie krijgt van mensen, processen en doelen behalen. Het vertalen van langetermijnstrategieën naar concrete actieplannen en operationele taken voor het hier en nu is voor jou geen probleem. Met jouw diepgaande inzicht en ervaring in diverse disciplines ben je in staat om complexe uitdagingen aan te pakken en de organisatie naar nieuwe hoogten te leiden. Bovenal ben je een inspirerende leider die het beste in onze FRMWRK-ers naar boven haalt en een cultuur van samenwerking, groei en verantwoordelijkheid stimuleert.
**Wat ga je doen?**
Als operational director ben je goed op de hoogte van wat er zich binnen de organisatie afspeelt en draag je als eindverantwoordelijke zorg voor het soepele verloop van de dagelijkse operatie.- Je maakt deel uit van het MT en fungeert als sparringpartner voor de managing director op het gebied van visie en strategie;
- Je vertaalt onze meerjarenstrategie naar concrete actiepunten voor de dagelijkse operatie, bijvoorbeeld door te werken met OKR's of rocks;
- Je creëert en optimaliseert processen met oog voor de menselijke maat en effectiviteit. Tevreden en energieke medewerkers zijn tenslotte het meest productief;
- Je implementeert strategieën om de wekelijkse groei van de organisatie meetbaar te maken, zodat je de voortgang kan bewaken en bijsturen richting de gewenste groei;
- Je geeft leiding aan de projectmanagers en teamleads binnen de organisatie en hebt daarbij een betrokken en coachende leiderschapstijl, in lijn met onze kernwaarden. Hierdoor voorzie je uitdagingen voordat ze een probleem worden en kan je deze aanpakken;
- Je bent actief betrokken bij complexe uitdagingen en hanteert daarbij een hands-on aanpak om deze op te lossen.
- **De organisatie & cultuur**
FRMWRK is ontstaan uit het avontuur van twee broers, Thomas en Ronald, die 26 jaar geleden besloten om samen een bedrijf te starten. Wat begon als een bescheiden onderneming is uitgegroeid tot een ware e-commerce bureau met 25-30 toegewijde FRMWRK-ers die allemaal hun eigen expertise hebben, van development en online marketing tot sales, finance en hr.

Het onderstaande zien we graag terug in jouw ervaring en competenties:
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar (bureau)ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
- Je hebt inzicht en affiniteit met financiën, projectmanagement en (coachend) leidinggeven;
- Je bent een kritische denker en sparringpartner die communicatief sterk is én een tikkeltje eigenwijs;
- Je bent zowel klantgericht als kwaliteitsgericht en staat voor ontwikkeling en samenwerken;
- Je bent in staat de mensen om je heen te coachen, inspireren en motiveren;
- Je hebt een sterk empathisch vermogen en kan je goed verplaatsen in anderen. Je luistert en hoort aan en krijgt mensen mee in de uitgestippelde koers;
- Je herkent je als type persoon in onze kernwaarden en bedrijfscultuur en bent bereid dit te stimuleren en bewaken.**Wat wij je aanbieden**
