**Job Title: Regional Engineering Manager**

A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year reflects the importance of this role in overseeing our Facility Engineering and Maintenance function in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

This position requires a strong tactical/strategic approach with an operational background, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing remotely and building a team spirit where all engineers can support and benefit from each other's experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategy and annual plans, including budget, operational performance, SOPs, etc.
  • Managing contract management and SLAs for refrigeration, facilities, and material handling equipment.
  • Leading continuous improvement quality processes, such as Six Sigma, ISO, and Lean.
  • Maintaining safety and efficiency program compliance.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Engineering Europe to drive business growth and transformation.
