**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**
**The Customer Services Team is growing rapidly**
The Customer services team's responsibilities include daily contact with customers, making quotes, order handling, complaint handling and administrative work. Teaming up with colleagues, dealing with Sales, Procurement and Operations, reporting directly to Vadim Vinogradov, Director Procurement and Customer Service.
**You are responsible for**
- Supervising work orders, monitoring progress and informing customers
- Creating quotes
- Adequately handling complaints
- Maintaining records, checking all information carefully for changes and/or modifications and communicating any corrective actions.
**You have**
- Education at MBO+/HBO level, preferably supplemented by operational and technical knowledge of aviation and aircraft systems
- You do not have “9 to 5 mentality” and can remain calm and productive under stress
- You are a “spider in the web”, keep things under control, not afraid of calling customers and colleagues to ask a question, discuss an issue or make a proposal
- You find it rewarding to help customers find solutions to their problems while also helping company meet our financial goals
- You are constantly looking for ways to make things better, for your customers and internally
- You are prepared to quickly learn how to use our IT systems, understand our internal processes and quality standards
- We work as one, so you are a true team player and an excellent communicator
- You have attention to details and can organize your work efficiently
- Previous experience in aerospace is not a must but is desirable
- Language skills: Excellent English skills is a must, Dutch us desirable
**The invitation**
AAR offers an interesting employment package, including a gross monthly salary (depending on experience) between approximately €3600 and €4600, 8% holiday allowance, an attractive bonus structure of 7%, 1%-1,5% profit share, a pension plan, 26 paid holidays (full-time), 28 hours work time reduction, laptop, and a pleasurable work environment.

**AAR Aircraft Component Service**s overhauls, repairs and maintains components for virtually every type of aircraft. In the military field AAR has built up an extensive experience in servicing components of the F16 & AWACS aircrafts and for commercial airlines servicing amongst others Airbus & Boeing. Our highly skilled employees provide a range of repair services in Amsterdam and New York.
