**Customer Service Employee - Fulltime - Hoofddorp**
**Als Customer Service Employee als ben jij samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het verlenen van service aan de logistieke klanten en de correcte verwerking van alle administratieve processen.
**De organisatie**
**Onze opdrachtgever is een grote logistieke dienstverlener waarbij zij onder andere actief zijn in lucht
- en zeevracht. Wereldwijd zijn zij bekend met warehousing en expeditie (rail-, weg-, lucht
- en zeevervoer).
**Wat ga je doen?**
- Je geeft correcte informatie door aan de collega’s op de afdeling Operatie / Trucking & loods;
- Je onderhoudt contacten met airlines, klanten & interne afdelingen;
- Je zorgt voor de verwerking van alle binnenkomende & uitgaande zendingen;
- Je zorgt voor de concrete aansturing van de loods;
- Zodra er claims van klanten binnen komen zorg jij voor de juiste administratie;
- Je controleert en stuurt de vervoerders aan;
- Zijn er administratieve processen op de afdelingen die uitgevoerd moeten worden, dan doe jij dit.
**Wat neem jij mee?**
- Jij hebt mbo werk
- en denkniveau;
- Jij hebt mínimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving;
- Schriftelijke en mondelinge beheersing van de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal;
- Bereid tot het draaien van wisselende diensten;
- Jij hebt kennis en ervaring met Microsoft Office (Word en Excel).
