**Job description**:
Within Hoogwegt, IT is seen as a 'business enabler'. IT is involved as a business partner in many internal projects and initiatives and therefore has an organization-wide and global supporting function.

What will you do as our Functional Application Manager?
- You are responsible to assess and manage change requests from the business before they move into the development lifecycle.

**The ideal profile**:

- You have good communication skills, are customer-oriented and are not afraid to share your ideas and vision.
- With your hands on approach and enterprising character you push for results. If these are disappointing, you take the initiative to intervene and, together with colleagues, you are able to turn the tide.
- You have a Bachelor degree with 2-5 years of work experience as a Functional Application Manager.
- In addition, it is an advantage if you have knowledge of modern technologies and methodologies such as ITIL, Swim lanes/ Use Cases/ User Stories/ Interview techniques, UML, Agile/Scrum.
- You think in terms of business processes and involve IT suppliers in Hoogwegt change and incident management process when necessary.
