Category Lead & Insights Manager Horeca
Brouwerij Duvel Moortgat is al jaren in volle evolutie. Met veel trots brouwen we onder andere Duvel, Brouwerij ‘t IJ, Chouffe en Liefmans.
In Nederland bestaat de familiebrouwerij uit een Horeca, Retail
- Marketing
- & Support afdeling en uit Brouwerij ’t IJ waar onze Productie
- en Kwaliteitsafdelingen werkzaam zijn. Met bijbehorend proeflokaal in Amsterdam.

Ter versterking van ons horecateam zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Category Lead & Insights Manager om het Sales team te ondersteunen met data-analyse en procesverbetering.
OVER DE ROL
Als Category Lead & Insights Manager adviseer je op basis van jouw analyses het management en de Accountmanagers, die er dagelijks voor zorgen dat de horecaverkoop groeit. Data gedreven werken staat hierbij centraal.
- Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt het vermogen om relevante trends, klantenbehoeften en interne data samen te brengen en om te zetten naar een richtinggevende Horeca strategie.
- Je bent de spin in het web van onze afdeling, je staat in nauw contact met Sales, Back Office en (Trade) Marketing en bent in staat multidisciplinair samen te werken.
- Je bent in staat, door jouw kennis van de markt & afdeling, de ruwe cijfers om te zetten in duidelijke en heldere contact
- en distributiestrategie.
- Je ondersteunt de sales manager bij het opmaken van salesrapporten voor klanten en collega’s en spot kansen in de markt.
- Je werkt actief mee aan het verder verbeteren van onze interne processen en slaat daarnaast een brug tussen commercie en IT.
- Je zorgt er voor, samen met Trade Marketing, dat het Duvel Moortgat portfolio zichtbaar is op alle relevantie E-business platform.
- Je rapporteert aan de Commercieel directeur NL.
- Je geeft leiding aan een team van 4 mensen: 3x sales support en 1 business analist. De 2 sales support medewerkers ondersteunen meer dan 20 horeca accountmanagers. 1 sales collega ondersteunt middels telefonische contacten en verzorgt rondleidingen. De Business analist analyseert CRM data, geeft gericht advies aan de Sales Manager en de Field Sales manager en ondersteunt de Category Lead & Insights Manager.
OPLEIDING & ERVARING
- Commercieel HBO- of WO-diploma of denk
- en werkniveau.
- 4-5 jaar ervaring als business analist waarvan mínimaal 2 binnen het OOH kanaal.
- Ervaring met Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI. Kennis van Datlinq of Tapp is een pré.
- Leidinggevende ervaring is een pré.
- Kennis van de horecamarkt.

- Commerciële instelling: je slaagt erin om vlot cijfers om te vormen in verhalen, conclusies en actiepunten.
- Je weet van aanpakken en bent sterk in het behouden van rust & overzicht.
- Deadlines zie je als een uitdaging en je stelt je graag flexibel op om de prioriteiten van de afdeling aan te pakken.
- Volwaardige sparringpartner van de Commercieel Directeur, Sales
- en, Field sales managers en het (Trade) Marketing team.
- Je krijgt energie van het helpen van anderen en het verbeteren van bestaande processen.
