**Position: Executive Chef**

**Location**:Five-Star Luxury Hotel, **Nigeria**

**Company**:Operating one of West Africa's largest luxury five-star properties

**Role: L**ead the culinary department, elevating the overall culinary product to new levels of excellence

**Brigade Size**: Over 60 staff members

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee 6 F&B outlets and large banqueting for over 1,500 guests
- Exciting opportunity to join a leading Hotel company in the region with expansion plans
- **Prior Sub-Saharan African experience preferred**:

- **Experienced in working in hardship or remote locations**:

- **Strong logistic skills**:

- **Excellent mentor and trainer**:

- **Creative culinary professional with strong banqueting skills accustomed to high guest volumes**:

- **Self-starter with problem-solving abilities**:

- **Solid background in the five-star market**:

- **Currently serving as Executive Chef in a large property with over 200 rooms and multiple F&B outlets**:

- **Comfortable managing large multicultural teams effectively**:

- **Formal qualifications such as City and Guilds or equivalent**:

- **Excellent business acumen and guest contact skills**:

- **Demonstrated stability in previous roles**:

- **Fluent in English**

**Package**:
US$6,000 net per month

On-site accommodation
