**Impact of the role**
To scale our business to the next level, we’re setting up a world-class sales function and looking for a top-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. The BDR will be responsible for generating high-value, qualified sales pipeline by using inbound and outbound channels. **What are you going to do?**
- **
Exceed Targets**: Achieve and exceed pipe-gen targets quarter on quarter
- ** Inbound Sales**: Quickly qualify the incoming requests and convert to pipe
- ** Lead Management**: Persistently follow up on the existing leads converting them into qualified opportunities
- ** Deal Closure**: While your primary responsibility will be pipe creation, you may be given an opportunity to work on the fast track deals
- ** Collaborative Work**: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to generate pipeline

**Your profile**:
- You have at least a bachelor degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a BDR in tech sales (preferably in IT hardware or scientific equipment)
- Experience in generating 3x pipeline and exceeding pipe-gen targets
- Experience in working at a scaleup
- A hands-on mentality and happy to execute responsibilities company wide
- Excellent communication skills
- Based in the Netherlands and willing to travel
- Driven to make an impact in the world of quantum computing
