**40 uur**:
Tortu groeit en onze collega’s op de back office kunnen niet wachten tot er een nieuwe collega het team komt versterken Als Supply Chain Planner ben je samen met jouw directe collega (Hoofd supply chain) verantwoordelijk voor het operationele inkoopproces bij onze leveranciers.

**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je verzamelt, analyseert en rapporteert voorraad
- en afzetgegevens
- Samen met je collega ontwikkel je een inkoopstrategie en voorraadplanning. Je zorgt voor een maximale voorraadbeschikbaarheid en leveranciersbetrouwbaarheid tegen een (natuurlijk) zo laag mogelijke voorraad
- en ketenkosten
- Je plaatst orders bij onze leveranciers en volgt deze op met zo min mogelijk vertragingen
- Je handelt proactief, voorzie je vertragingen dan onderneem je actie om vertragingen te voorkomen
- Je bent behulpzaam en reageert en handelt snel op veranderingen in de vraag naar artikelen
- Je organiseert en optimaliseert inkomende transporten en controleert facturen. Zijn hierop afwijkingen dan onderneem je vervolgacties
- Tijdens je werkzaamheden ouderhoud je contacten met leveranciers, interne afdelingen en onze dealers in het land
- Je rapporteert aan jouw directe collega, hoofd Supply Chain

**Wat breng jij mee?**

Met jouw positieve, ondernemende kijk op de wereld zie jij er een uitdaging in om samen met jouw collega de supply chain processen te optimaliseren. Je hebt bij voorkeur mínimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Daarnaast beschik je over het volgende:

- Ervaring met logistieke processen en voorraadbeheer
- Ervaring met Exact
- Je bent handig met Excel
- Je bent flexibel, organisatorisch, cijfermatig en analytisch sterk
- Je bent administratief en commercieel goed onderlegd
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Je bent een probleemoplosser die het overzicht bewaakt met de juiste prioriteiten

Onze nieuwe collega moet bij ons passen en samen met ons Tortu naar een nóg hoger niveau willen tillen. We zijn een jong en enthousiast team bestaande uit 17 medewerkers en vinden het belangrijk dat jij écht deel gaat uitmaken van ons team. Daarom breng jij de nodige dosis humor mee.
