Job Summary
Sensitech, a leader in supply chain visibility solutions, is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and manage client accounts within the Netherlands and Scandinavia region.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned annual revenue growth and territory quota.
- Oversee and grow existing small and medium accounts within the assigned territory.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Conduct market research to identify key players and generate interest.
- Closing sales and achieving quarterly and annual quotas.
- Collaborate with regionally-focused territory managers to maximize account potential.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, sharing insights with Product Marketing Management.
- Research past accounts that have not re-ordered to regain business.
- Perform regional account planning, analyze historical growth, and project future growth.
- Travel up to 10% for client visits and trade shows.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
- Advanced knowledge of sales strategies and practices, with practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems.
