Job Summary

Sensitech, a leading provider of supply chain visibility solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and manage client accounts within the Netherlands and Scandinavia region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve assigned annual revenue growth and territory quota by selling Sensitech's portfolio of products and services remotely through virtual meetings and phone interactions.
  • Account Management: Oversee and grow existing small and medium accounts within the assigned territory, ensuring strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Sales Development: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, leveraging market research to identify key players and generate interest.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Targets: Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual quotas, working collaboratively with regionally-focused territory managers to maximize account potential.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing Management, to understand customer needs and requirements and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Customer Insight: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, sharing insights with Product Marketing Management to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Account Planning: Perform regional account planning, analyzing historical growth and projecting future growth to inform sales strategies.
  • Travel: Travel up to 10% for client visits and trade shows, representing Sensitech and networking with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Education: University degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of sales strategies and practices, with practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems.
