Regional Sales Development Manager, Eastern Europe

Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in Eastern Europe. This role will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts within an assigned inside sales territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Carrier's integrated information management systems and temperature-monitoring devices, providing customized in-transit solutions for environmentally sensitive products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts within the assigned inside sales territory.
- Sales and Business Development: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify key players and generate interest.
- Sales Execution: Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual quotas, maintaining existing customers and acquiring new ones.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: BS or BA degree with at least 3 years of previous sales experience.
- Experience: Experience in the Food/C&I manufacturing sector, quality, distribution, and supply chain is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Proven track record in selling software or services. Ability to develop strategic plans for the defined territory and execute tactical actions to exceed financial goals. Proficient in conducting effective online demos and web presentations to prospects.
