Account Manager for In-Transit Solutions in C&I Eastern Europe

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to manage and grow existing accounts within an assigned inside sales territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling software or services, with experience in the Food/C&I manufacturing sector. This role involves sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and cold calls, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing accounts within the assigned inside sales territory
- SOURCE NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH INBOUND LEAD FOLLOW-UP AND OUTBOUND COLD CALLS AND EMAILS TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY SALES PIPELINE
- Conduct market research to identify key players and generate interest
- CLOSE SALES AND ACHIEVE QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL QUOTAS, MAINTAINING EXISTING CUSTOMERS AND ACQUIRING NEW ONES
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of previous sales experience
- Experience in the Food/C&I manufacturing sector, quality, distribution, and supply chain is strongly preferred
- Proven track record in selling software or services
- Ability to develop strategic plans for the defined territory and execute tactical actions to exceed financial goals
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and performance
