Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships within the UK&I region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively achieve annual revenue growth and territory quotas through strategic outbound outreach and follow-ups on qualified leads.
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients and drive account growth within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-up, cold calls, and targeted email campaigns.
- Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint key players and market trends, enabling strategic decision-making.
- Craft compelling proposals and quotes tailored to prospective clients' needs and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with regional account managers to maximize account potential and drive overall revenue growth.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and our Product Marketing Management team, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) coupled with 3-5 years of demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the life science cold chain logistics and supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and demos both online and in-person.
- Strong proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM software or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to execute tactical plans to achieve financial goals.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Collaborative spirit and a track record of thriving in cross-functional team environments.
