Driscoll’s is looking for a Customer Excellence Coordinator to join our team in Breda As a key player in our Customer Excellence department, you’ll focus on ensuring seamless claim management and supporting the Sales team to optimize customer interactions and satisfaction. This role combines back-office and front-office tasks, including direct communication with customers and managing administrative duties. If you have a passion for customer service and are detail-oriented with great communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you

**Responsibilities**:

- **Claim Management**: Register, validate, and ensure timely resolution of customer claims, in line with our policies.
- ** Customer Relations**: Address claims and complaints, keeping customers informed throughout the process. Work closely with the sales team and customers to negotiate claim outcomes.
- ** Process Optimization**: Analyze claims data to find trends and propose improvements to enhance customer service quality and efficiency.
- ** Workshops & Training**: Organize and lead workshops to help our team better understand and handle customer claims.
- ** Sales Support**: Provide administrative support to the Sales department, utilizing DAX and marketing/sales modules to streamline processes.
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in a dynamic, international environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Bilingual in English and Dutch, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving process issues.
- Comfort with both independent and team-oriented work environments.
- Proficiency in Excel.
