**Workplace**:Hybrid Position**Job Location (Short)**:Almere, Flevoland, Netherlands**Contract Type**:Full-Time**Employment Type**:Regular**_Voor onze _**_Commercial Building Services afdeling (utiliteitsmarkt) _**_zoeken wij een gedreven Technical Sales Development Manager die zich o.a. richt op Stadsverwarming & Datacenters. _**_Een uitgelezen kans om zowel een commerciële als duurzame impact te creëren_**

**Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?**
Je legt de laatste hand aan een commercieel voorstel voor een nieuw stadsverwarmingsproject waar je de technische eisen vertaald in een commercieel voorstel waarbij je een totaaloplossingen biedt (producten en diensten).

Je stapt daarna in de auto en rijdt naar een landelijke installateurs waar je een duo bezoek hebt met de Key Accountmanager om te praten over een nieuw datacenter dat de installateur in opdracht heeft. Hierbij presenteer je de producten en diensten die Grundfos heeft, inclusief de mogelijkheden voor beheer en onderhoud zodra het product geïnstalleerd is.

In de auto op weg naar je volgende afspraak bel je jouw sales collega's. Je bespreekt de actuele projecten en op welke manier onze concepten een toegevoegde waarde bieden.

Vervolgens heb je een afspraak met een adviseur om daar een technische producttraining te geven waarbij je uitleg geeft over de meest energiezuinige oplossingen.

Aan het eind van de middag werk je je administratie bij en bereid je een belangrijke presentatie voor, welke je gaat geven aan de contractmanagers van een groot duurzame warmteleverancier. Voldaan begin je aan je avond.

**Wat breng je mee?**

Als Technical Sales Development Manager zal het zwaartepunt liggen op techniek. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je relaties op elk niveau kunt opbouwen en onderhouden. Je bent klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld met oog voor de lange termijn.

Je hebt kennis van HVAC-systemen, weet hoe je een hydraulisch schema moet lezen en ziet waar optimalisaties mogelijk zijn.

- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een uitstekende relatiebouwer.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met accountmanagement
- Kennis en ervaring met HVAC-systeem.
- Een netwerk in de Stadsverwarming en of Datacenters binnen Nederland.
- Teamspeler, klantgericht en maatschappelijk betrokken.
- Ondernemend, creatief en oplossingsgericht.
- Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
